I have been using Families Exterminators for a few years now.  They are super knowledgeable and do an inspection of premises even for routine treatments to make you aware of hazardous conditions that can lead to problems.  Mike, the owner, is a professional and friendly guy who takes pride in the business and values customers.  We use their service at our home and rentals.  Affordable and reliable, I highly recommend.

Just had my home resided. What a beautiful job UNTIL I noticed I had bees still under the alcoves. Carpenter bees. They had bee "waste" all over my new siding. Looked disguisting. Turns out the bees tunneled under the aluminum and were comfortable. Kept eating the wood and then pooping all over my white siding FAMILIES EXTERMINATORS to the rescue. Did a fantastic job. Now to clean all the poop and back to my pretty siding. By the way, it only took 1 week for the bees to find my home Now they are gone. Hopefully never to return THANK YOU SO MUCH

I have been a homeowner since 2009 and for the last couple of years I have been having trouble with carpenter bees.  This year I decided to rent my home so I definitely had to take care of them.  I ended up calling two companies.  These companies are well known in the area and popular.  The two quotes I received were one over $700.00 and the other over $525.00.  The one over $700.00 was to take care of the bees plus sign up for a year contract while the other was just for the bees alone!  I could not believe it.  I was just going to go on "Google" and see what I can do on my own as a homeowner and take care of the problem myself but then I was introduced to Mike, the owner of Families Exterminators.  He contacted me right away, was at my house within days as promised, on time, efficient, and the price, I could not believe my ears.  I had to ask Mike again what the total cost was...that is how awesome it was.  The bees are gone and he will be maintaining for the remainder of the season.  Thanks Families Exterminators for getting rid of the bees and keeping cash in my pocket!!!  I highly recommend them.

I had a big problem with fleas, and I called several companies and was quoted really crazy prices. A friend recommended Families Exterminators and I gave they them a call. I' m glad I did, they were prompt and came when it was convienent for me so I didn't lose a days pay taking off and waiting all day sitting around. They came in, completed the job, worked very clean, and to top it all off I save quite a bit of money and received great service. From now on this is the only company I will call or recommend to family and friends.

I have been using Families Exterminating for several years. We really had a big problem with carpenter bees --in front of my house, one side and also in the back. Mike came out and treated these areas very successfully as carpenter bees were gone and have not returned. Mike was prompt in responding to my call and I recommend him for any kind of pest --especially carpenter bees. Very reasonable too.

I had an ant problem in my kitchen and called Families Exterminators after getting a ridiculously high quote from another company. It was a good thing I did because when they inspected my property, which the other company didn't, they found termites. Fortunately, they were able to eliminate them before they did any significant damage. If I had used the other company I would have spent more money, not known about the termites and ended up with thousands of dollars worth of termite damage. It's been over four years now and Families Exterminators is the only extermination company I would ever use or recommend.

Shortly after purchsing our new home, we discovered a massive termite infestation. Families Exterminators came in and eradicated the problem. After the initial colony destruction, Mike was able to proactively treat the surrounding areas and has added additional protection to the perimiter of our house.
